✅ Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition

Product must be in the original packaging, fully intact

No signs of usage, damage, or tampering
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
📦 How to Return a Product
Please email us at support@dvision.studio within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include:

Your full name

Order number

Reason for return
Our team will provide the return instructions and shipping details.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used grooming products

Items showing visible signs of use

Clothing with removed tags or signs of wear
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges under specific conditions:

Exchanges are only possible for products of equal value

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging

For clothing items, size exchanges are allowed if the item is unworn and tags are still attached

For hair products, exchanges are only accepted if the item is sealed and unused
To request an exchange, email us at support@dvision.studio with the subject line:
“Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”
Let us know which item you’d like to exchange and what you’d prefer instead.
We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
